Terms & Conditions of Maddex Solutions

Welcome to Maddex Solutions. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully as they form a binding contract between you and Maddex Solutions, a company based in Germany ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing any product or service provided by Maddex Solutions, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our products and services.
2. Modification of Products
Customers are allowed to modify the products they purchase from us. However:
(A) Once modified, the support for the product may be limited and is no longer guaranteed.
(B) Maddex Solutions will make reasonable efforts to provide support for modified products but is under no obligation to do so.
3. Product Ownership & Copying
(A) The products sold to you are solely for your use. Ownership may not be shared or transferred.
(B) Making copies of the product for official or commercial use is prohibited unless written permission has been obtained from Maddex Solutions Management.
4. Security & Privacy
(A) It is the responsibility of product owners to ensure their products are secured in a manner that guarantees privacy.
(B) Our products may store personal data, such as email addresses, names, unique discord and TeamSpeak IDs, or dates of birth. As a product owner, you are required to handle and protect this data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Payment
(B) In the course of making a payment, account details including your name and email address may be stored. This is to facilitate easier transaction processes in the future and to maintain a record of transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Maddex Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of, modification to, or inability to use our products.
7. Changes to the Terms
Maddex Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our products and services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
8. Commissions
(A) All commissions undertaken by Maddex Solutions require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
(B) Upon completion of the commission, the remaining 50% of the payment must be settled in full before the product is transferred to the customer. Failure to complete the payment will result in withholding the delivery of the commissioned product.
9. Branding, Watermark, and Credit on Commissions and Products
(A) All products and commissions provided by Maddex Solutions will bear the "Maddex Solutions Logo" or a similar representation, along with an anchored link pointing to our services.
(B) Removal or alteration of these credit/watermark logos is strictly prohibited unless:
(i) Written permission is granted by Maddex Solutions Management.
(ii) The customer has purchased a brand-removal package for the product in question, in which case they are exempted from retaining the brand images on their system.
