Some tips include but are not limited to:
Putting an image on the top of your form can make a form 10x more unique and detailed. It's as easy as 123! All you have to do is insert an image in the found in the top right of the form.
From there, click on the "Choose Image" button under the Image Header section. Upload it & you're done!
If you have a banner uploaded on your form, selecting one of the automated colors is the best choice as Google automatically tries to match them with your banner.
However, if you don't have a banner, selecting a color in the can make a big difference on your form.

We recommend matching your font with any other graphics or designs in your system.
In addition to customs fonts, we recommend using the text customization features on forms as much as possible, when appropriate. You can now have multi-line descriptions, anchored links, and much more including but not limited to bolding and italic text. Go crazy... but not too crazy!
